Measurement Lag
Delay between fat loss and visible change on the scale.
Fat loss does not always show up on the scale right away. The body can hold onto water for days or weeks while fat is being reduced. This creates a delay between your actions and visible results. Staying consistent during this phase is important because the change will appear later.
