7. Retention Policy

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize data within 30 days, except backups which may take up to 90 days to be purged.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time via the in-app "Delete Account" button. Deletion removes personal data from active systems and schedules it for removal from backups.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

If our website uses cookies, you will see a cookie notice. Cookies may be used for essential functionality, analytics, and preference storage.

16. ChatGPT and FastNow MCP

If you connect FastNow inside ChatGPT, the connection uses FastNow's production MCP server at https://mcp.fastnow.app/mcp. You sign in with your FastNow account (OAuth). ChatGPT only receives data when you ask it to use FastNow in that conversation.

What ChatGPT can request (with your consent):

Profile facts needed to interpret your plan (height, age, sex, activity level, units, calorie targets). Not your password.
Food log entries (name, calories, macros, date, consumed vs planned).
Walking and other activity sessions.
Weight history.
Fasting schedule and history (intermittent windows; extended-fast visualization).
Optional 90-Day Challenge progress if that program is included in your access.
Notification and coaching preference flags you already set (ordinary reminders vs opt-in AI coaching).

What FastNow returns: only the fields needed to answer or complete that action. Responses do not include passwords, auth tokens, debug traces, request IDs, payment identifiers, or unrelated profile fields.

Write actions: you can ask ChatGPT to add, correct, or delete source records (food, walks, weight, intermittent schedule, Challenge if entitled). Destructive deletes require a clear request. FastNow does not send marketing email from these tools. Push or in-app reminders only fire if you already enabled them.

Account linking: ChatGPT stores an OAuth token scoped to FastNow. You can disconnect FastNow in ChatGPT settings and revoke access in FastNow. Connecting ChatGPT does not create a second health profile; it uses the same account as the Android app and go.fastnow.app.

Retention: ChatGPT conversation history is controlled by OpenAI. FastNow keeps the same FastNow records as the app. Deleting your FastNow account follows section 10.

Consent: connecting FastNow in ChatGPT is optional. You can use the app without ChatGPT. Unhealthy or extreme requests are not completed as medical treatment.
