Mid-90-day reality check: stalls, doubt, then 93.1 kg after 96 kg—how FastNow’s fasting, calorie target, and walking turn patience into a visible break.

Today marks the thirteenth day of my journey, and I'm thrilled to share some exciting news. After a brief pause in updates due to a lack of significant changes, I've finally hit a key milestone. My weight has reached a new low for this particular journey at 93.1 kilograms. Although it's not my lowest weight of the year, it is a significant drop from my starting point of 96 kilograms. The journey has seen its ups and downs, with periods of stagnation and minor fluctuations, but reaching 93.1 kilograms is a clear sign that the system is working.
Patience has been essential, as sticking to daily calorie deficits has proven effective. At times, the deficits seemed too small, leading me to doubt whether I was making any real progress or if there was a miscalculation. However, the results have shown that perseverance pays off. Yesterday was particularly noteworthy due to a combination of low calorie intake and increased physical activity, which pushed me into a deficit. The structure of the day sometimes forces these low-calorie days, especially when I can't shop for my preferred foods. On such days, I often end up going to bed early with low energy, but the benefits are evident the next day as the cumulative effects of previous days' efforts become visible.
I'm delighted with this progress and plan to continue this approach. Each day, I'll aim to maintain the appropriate deficit using my FastNow app, and occasionally, I'll focus on either a high activity day or a low calorie intake day.

The boring middle of a 90-day plan is where people drift. This post names the moment, ties it to fasting + calories + walking, and gives concrete next steps.

Hard day in the ninety-day arc—extra carbs, rough mood, gray weather. Here is the FastNow move: close the story, protect the fast, walk, hit your normal calorie target tomorrow.

Early weight-loss momentum fades around day 16. Here is how to defend a real calorie deficit, keep your fasting window, and walk daily—without losing the plot.

Day 8 is when the novelty fades and the real work shows up: logging, walking, and not lying to yourself about the calorie line.
