1. Introductie

Dit Privacybeleid legt uit hoe Socially Famous Applications («wij», «ons» of «onze») informatie verzamelt, gebruikt en beschermt wanneer je de Fast Now-applicatie («de Dienst») gebruikt.

2. Wat we verzamelen

We kunnen verzamelen:

  • Accountgegevens: e-mailadres, inloggegevens.
  • Profielgegevens: gewicht, lengte, leeftijd, gezondheidsdoelen.
  • Gebruiks- en analytische gegevens: app-activiteit, gebruikte functies, sessieduur.
  • Apparaatinformatie: apparaattype, besturingssysteem, app-versie, IP-adres.
  • Aankoopinformatie: abonnementsstatus, factureringsgeschiedenis (via Google Play Billing of Apple App Store).
  • AI-interactiegegevens: spraak- of tekstlogs, gegenereerde afbeeldingen (als je AI-functies gebruikt).
  • Supportcommunicatie: berichten aan ons supportteam.

3. Hoe we gegevens verzamelen

  • Rechtstreeks van jou: bij account aanmaken, profiel bijwerken, aankopen of contact.
  • Automatisch: via je apparaat, cookies of vergelijkbare technologieën.
  • Via derden: waaronder Supabase (hosting), Google Play Billing (Android), Apple (iOS), Stripe (web), analytics en OpenAI (als je AI gebruikt).

4. Waarom we gegevens verzamelen

  • Om de Dienst te leveren en te beheren.
  • Om je ervaring te personaliseren.
  • Om abonnementen en betalingen te beheren.
  • Voor klantenondersteuning.
  • Om wettelijke verplichtingen na te komen.
  • Voor analytics ter verbetering van de Dienst.

5. Rechtsgronden (AVG)

We verwerken persoonsgegevens op basis van:

  • Toestemming: voor optionele functies zoals AI.
  • Overeenkomst: om de gevraagde Dienst te leveren.
  • Gerechtvaardigde belangen: om de Dienst te verbeteren en te beveiligen.

6. Delen en verwerkers

We verkopen geen persoonsgegevens. We delen beperkte gegevens met verwerkers uitsluitend voor bedrijfsvoering:

7. Bewaartermijn

We bewaren gegevens zolang je account actief is. Na verwijdering wissen of anonimiseren we binnen 30 dagen, behalve back-ups die tot 90 dagen kunnen duren.

  • Beperkte toegang voor geautoriseerd personeel

9. Jouw rechten (AVG/CCPA)

Je hebt recht op:

  • Inzage in je gegevens.
  • Rectificatie of verwijdering.
  • Intrekking van toestemming.
  • Gegevensoverdraagbaarheid.
  • Bezwaar tegen bepaalde verwerking.

10. Account verwijderen

Je kunt je account altijd verwijderen via «Account verwijderen» in de app. Verwijdering haalt persoonsgegevens uit actieve systemen en plant verwijdering uit back-ups.

11. Kinderen

De Dienst is niet bedoeld voor kinderen onder 13 (of 16 in de EU). We verzamelen niet bewust gegevens van kinderen.

12. Internationale doorgifte

Gegevens kunnen buiten jouw land worden verwerkt. Waar nodig gebruiken we waarborgen zoals Standaardcontractbepalingen.

13. Cookies en tracking

Als onze website cookies gebruikt, zie je een cookiemelding. Cookies kunnen nodig zijn voor essentiële functies, analytics en voorkeuren.

14. Wijzigingen

We kunnen dit Privacybeleid bijwerken. De datum «Laatst bijgewerkt» verandert mee. Voortgezet gebruik betekent acceptatie.

16. ChatGPT and FastNow MCP

If you connect FastNow inside ChatGPT, the connection uses FastNow's production MCP server at https://mcp.fastnow.app/mcp. You sign in with your FastNow account (OAuth). ChatGPT only receives data when you ask it to use FastNow in that conversation.

What ChatGPT can request (with your consent):

  • Profile facts needed to interpret your plan (height, age, sex, activity level, units, calorie targets). Not your password.
  • Food log entries (name, calories, macros, date, consumed vs planned).
  • Walking and other activity sessions.
  • Weight history.
  • Fasting schedule and history (intermittent windows; extended-fast visualization).
  • Optional 90-Day Challenge progress if that program is included in your access.
  • Notification and coaching preference flags you already set (ordinary reminders vs opt-in AI coaching).

What FastNow returns: only the fields needed to answer or complete that action. Responses do not include passwords, auth tokens, debug traces, request IDs, payment identifiers, or unrelated profile fields.

Write actions: you can ask ChatGPT to add, correct, or delete source records (food, walks, weight, intermittent schedule, Challenge if entitled). Destructive deletes require a clear request. FastNow does not send marketing email from these tools. Push or in-app reminders only fire if you already enabled them.

Account linking: ChatGPT stores an OAuth token scoped to FastNow. You can disconnect FastNow in ChatGPT settings and revoke access in FastNow. Connecting ChatGPT does not create a second health profile; it uses the same account as the Android app and go.fastnow.app.

Retention: ChatGPT conversation history is controlled by OpenAI. FastNow keeps the same FastNow records as the app. Deleting your FastNow account follows section 10.

Consent: connecting FastNow in ChatGPT is optional. You can use the app without ChatGPT. Unhealthy or extreme requests are not completed as medical treatment.
