<p>You''ll see four things on the home screen:</p>

<li><strong>Fast timer.</strong> Starts and stops the eating window. Don''t overthink the exact minute.</li>
<li><strong>Food log.</strong> One button. The number under it is today''s running total.</li>
<li><strong>Walk.</strong> Either the app counts your steps or you log a session. Either is fine.</li>
<li><strong>Weight.</strong> Log once a week, same day, same conditions. Daily is also fine if it doesn''t bother you.</li>
</ul>
<p>Everything else — charts, history, profile, notifications — is secondary and will make more sense after you''ve used the above for three or four days.</p>
<p>Don''t customize yet. Run the defaults first. Customize only what actually gets in your way.</p>
