What 20 to 30 grams a day really looks like
Keto means somewhere around 20 to 30 grams of carbohydrate a day, and that is less than it sounds until you start counting. Three cucumbers can use most of a day's budget. Carbohydrate turns up in places people do not expect it: in vegetables, in dairy with no added sugar, in the small amounts that come with nuts and seeds.
