Macronutrients
Protein supports appetite control and tends to stabilize intake across the day. Carbohydrates refill glycogen and bring water with them, which can move the scale quickly. Fat is energy-dense and increases total intake easily even when portions look small. A stable setup usually starts with protein, keeps carbohydrates deliberate, and treats fat as a controlled variable.
Macronutrients are protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Every calorie you eat comes from one of these three, and each one affects hunger, energy, and scale behavior differently.
